The beginning of the year is often a time for new starts but it is also a good time for reflection. As we dive into 2016 excited about new trends, new investments and prospects for our current investments, we also reflected on the history of Scale and the foundation of our enterprise investing. In 1999, SaaS was in its infancy and has since proven to be one of the biggest transformations in the software industry. With global SaaS software revenues forecasted to reach $106B in 2016, the trend continues to prevail and is the commonplace for how software is sold.
