Currently serving as CRO at Sovos since January 2024, he has a proven track record of transformative leadership, notably at NS1, where he doubled sales representative productivity, reduced Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and achieved a world-class Gross Renewal Rate (GRR). Prior to NS1, Andy played a key role in Splunk’s transition to a $1B+ Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business and contributed significantly to OPNET Technologies’ acquisition by Riverbed Technologies for $1 billion.
