About Kristina

Kristina McMillan has over 20 years of experience working with early- and mid-stage startups. She has worked with hundreds of venture-backed companies to define and execute proven strategies for growth.

Prior to Scale, Kristina was Vice President of Research in the Sales Practice for Gartner, following the acquisition of TOPO in 2019, where she was a recognized thought leader on topics such as B2B GTM trends, sales development, and sales and marketing technology. She has published over 100 industry-leading research papers on the strategies, benchmarks, and best practices of high-growth sales and marketing organizations, and she has hands-on experience helping her clients drive meaningful change within their businesses.

Kristina has a BS in Managerial Economics from UC Davis, and an MBA from Santa Clara. She is deeply passionate about entrepreneurship and the founder journey, and is an active advisor to several startups and social impact entrepreneurs.
