Scott Mersy is a seasoned marketing executive with over two decades of experience in leading marketing and revenue strategies at major B2B SaaS companies. He previously served as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Chronosphere, where he focused on driving global marketing efforts, accelerating pipeline growth, enhancing customer engagement, and expanding the company’s awareness.
Prior to Chronosphere, Scott held the CMO role at BigID, helping the company double revenue during his time. Scott also held marketing leadership roles at ServiceNow – joining at $80m in revenue with less than 200 employees and leaving in 2019 with over $1b in revenue and 9000 employees – and WebEx. His expertise in building marketing foundations, aligning with revenue and founder teams, and scaling marketing organizations set Scott apart as a key player in scaling marketing for startups.
